“Leadership is not defined by titles, positions, or achievements. It is defined by the opportunities we create, the trust we earn, and the lives we positively impact. True success is measured not by how far we go alone, but by how many people we empower to move forward with us.”

The Founder’s Journey

Three Decades of Building Financial Infrastructure

Jignesh Jutthani is an accomplished management professional trained at IIM Kozhikode — a fintech entrepreneur whose career has consistently chosen the harder path: building distribution reach, financial access, and digital infrastructure for the communities that needed it most.

As HOD Vyaapaar at Airpay, he built a PAN-India sales architecture from zero — 10 zones, full portal in 90 days, break-even in 18 months, enabling over 10,00,000 VYAPAARI merchants. At Fino Payments Bank, he grew a portfolio from 400 to 4,600+ merchants, established 500 Financial Service Points, and won consecutive Best Team Awards.

Today as CEO of MOS Utility Limited, he drives the vision of “Digital Bano Tarraki Karo” — a seamlessly connected India where every citizen reaches banking, commerce, and government services within easy reach.

What Leaders Say

From banking partners to ecosystem collaborators — perspectives from those who have seen the work firsthand.

Jignesh brings an uncommon combination of strategic vision and ground-level execution. His ability to build distribution networks that actually sustain — not just launch — is what separates him from most fintech professionals I have encountered.

R
Rajiv Sharma
Senior Executive · Regional Banking Partner

The Sakhi BC model is a masterpiece of impact design. It doesn’t just deliver banking — it creates livelihoods. Women in our districts have transformed financially because of this initiative. Real inclusion, not access on paper.

P
Priya Mehta
NGO Director · Women’s Empowerment Programs

What stood out about Jignesh is depth of distribution thinking. He engineers for the last mile. 500,000 active merchants and 90% health index doesn’t happen by accident — that is rigorous system design executed with relentless consistency.

Beyond Jan Dhan: Why Real Financial Access Requires Activation, Not Just Accounts
India opened 500 million accounts. Yet millions remain effectively unbanked — no transactions, no credit, no insurance. The next frontier is activation, usage, and trust — not enrollment.

The Vision
Building The Financial Infrastructure For Bharat’s Next Billion

Every venture in this ecosystem exists as a deliberate answer to one systemic question: why does financial access remain a privilege when it should be a right?

From the SHG lending model of Aarambh to the unified API layer of Q-BRIDGE — each initiative targets a different dimension of financial exclusion: credit access, payment infrastructure, women empowerment, technology backbone, and government scheme delivery.

The mission is not to serve Bharat’s next billion. It is to build the infrastructure that enables Bharat’s next billion to serve themselves.

🎯
Financial Access as a Right
Every venture is designed to remove a barrier — not to serve the convenient segment, but to reach the unreached and create access where it never existed.
⚙️
Technology as the Equalizer
Technology deployed not for efficiency alone, but as a deliberate tool for inclusion — making services that were once restricted, universally available.
👩
Women as the Multiplier
Across Sakhi BC and Aarambh, women are not the recipients of financial services — they are the engine of delivery and the multiplier of impact.
🌱
Sustainability Over Scale
Each venture is built with unit economics that work at ground level — ensuring the ecosystem endures without dependency on subsidies or policy cycles.
