Aarambh Micro Finance — Credit Where It Matters Most

Aarambh Micro Finance is not a lending institution. It is an instrument of economic dignity — purpose-built to reach the women, communities, and geographies that formal banking has consistently overlooked.

Through Self-Help Group (SHG) financing, individual micro-loans, and financial literacy programs, Aarambh has created a model where credit is delivered with trust, accountability, and community backing — not collateral.

The institution’s unique women-led last-mile delivery ensures that repayment rates stay high, community bonds strengthen, and the impact compounds over time into genuine household-level financial resilience.

Airpay Payment Services — Building Bharat’s Merchant Ecosystem

At Airpay Payment Services, an entirely new vertical — VYAAPAAR — was built from the ground up in 90 days. PAN India was divided into 10 strategic zones with Zonal Heads, Cluster Heads, ASMs, TSMs and field executives — a complete distribution machinery assembled from scratch.

The VYAAPAAR portal launched with 24+ financial products including DMT, Recharge, BBPS, AEPS, and Insurance — offering India’s small merchants a single platform for all digital financial services. Within 18 months, the venture reached break-even.

By the end of the tenure, 5,000+ distributors and over 5,00,000 VYAPAARI merchants had been onboarded across the country — one of the most rapid merchant network expansions in Indian fintech history.

Fino Payments Bank — Expanding Banking at the Last Mile

As Zonal Head for Business Development and Relationship Management at Fino Payments Bank, the mandate was ambitious: build the most active merchant network in the zone and drive genuine financial inclusion at the grassroots level.

Managing 230 Fino Payments Bank branches and 7,600 retail outlets, the portfolio grew from 400 to 4,600+ merchants with a 90% active health index — a benchmark across the organization. In just 6 months, 251 Fino Money Marts were established from zero.

The results earned Best Newcomer Award within 6 months and consecutive Best Team Awards for FY 2014–15 and FY 2015–16 — recognition not just of numbers, but of the culture and commitment built into every touchpoint.

Sakhi BC — Women Leading Financial Access

Sakhi BC is a dual-impact initiative built on a profound insight: when women deliver financial services, the impact isn’t just financial — it is societal, generational, and irreversible.

The initiative trains, certifies, and deploys women as Banking Correspondents (BCs) in rural and semi-urban communities — giving them a sustainable income, a professional identity, and the trust of their community. The community, in turn, gets financial services from someone they already trust.

Sakhi BC doesn’t just open accounts. It opens possibilities — for the woman running the BC point, and for every family she serves.

Dual Impact
For Women + For Communities

🏘️
Rural First
Last-mile, not last priority
Sakhi BC operates where formal banks don’t — deploying women agents into villages, semi-urban clusters, and underserved geographies where trust matters more than technology.

Community Trust
The Sakhi advantage
Women BCs carry inherent community credibility. Adoption is faster, repayment rates are higher, and financial literacy spreads organically through existing social networks.

Mera Adhikar — Every Right, Within Reach

India has some of the world’s most ambitious welfare programs — PM Kisan, MNREGA, Ayushman Bharat, PM Awas Yojana, and hundreds more. Yet lakhs of eligible citizens remain cut off from their own entitlements — not by eligibility, but by complexity, distance, and information asymmetry.

Mera Adhikar bridges this gap. It is a digital citizen services platform that helps individuals identify, apply for, and access government schemes, financial services, and benefits that are rightfully theirs — in their language, at their location, with guided support.

The platform translates policy intent into citizen reality — one household at a time.

Q-BRIDGE — The Unified Fintech Layer

Q-BRIDGE is infrastructure thinking applied to fintech. In an ecosystem where financial service providers, merchants, distributors, aggregators, and consumers all operate on different systems — Q-BRIDGE is the interoperability layer that makes them speak the same language.

Designed as a comprehensive unified platform, Q-BRIDGE eliminates fragmentation by connecting every participant in the financial services value chain through standardized APIs, shared infrastructure, and a single integrated operating environment.

The result: faster onboarding, lower integration costs, unified reporting, and a distribution network that scales exponentially rather than linearly — because the platform does the heavy lifting.

The Vision
Building The Financial Infrastructure For Bharat’s Next Billion

Every venture in this ecosystem exists as a deliberate answer to a systemic question: why does financial access remain a privilege when it should be a right?

From the SHG lending model of Aarambh to the unified API layer of Q-BRIDGE — each venture targets a different dimension of financial exclusion: credit access, payment infrastructure, women empowerment, technology backbone, government scheme delivery, and digital connectivity.

Together, they form a complete financial inclusion architecture — one that doesn’t need a single government program to succeed, because it is built on sustainable economics, community trust, and technology that scales.

The mission is not to serve Bharat’s next billion. It is to build the infrastructure that enables Bharat’s next billion to serve themselves.

🎯
Financial Access as a Right
Every venture is designed to remove a barrier — not to serve the convenient segment, but to reach the unreached and create access where it never existed before.
⚙️
Technology as the Equalizer
Technology deployed not for efficiency alone, but as a deliberate tool for inclusion — making services that were once geographically or economically restricted, universally available.
👩
Women as the Multiplier
Across Sakhi BC, Aarambh SHG programs, and community delivery models — women are not the recipient of financial services; they are the engine of delivery and the multiplier of impact.
🌱
Sustainability Over Scale
Each venture is built with unit economics that work at the ground level — ensuring the ecosystem endures, grows, and compounds without dependency on subsidies or cyclical policy support.
